Title: Charter Sales Manager

Location: London.

Position start date: ASAP

Duration: Full–time Permanent

Position Summary:

The position of Charter Sales Manager will serve as a crucial member of the Sales team and will be required to create and implement long-term growth of the company’s Sales .

The person designated will contribute a leading role in attaining financial growth of the company’s charter market activity by having an extensive knowledge of current market conditions, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and closing business deals.

Scope and Responsibilities:


      1. Establish a portfolio of clients

      1. Identify new clients and business leads through cold calling, networking and managing online enquiries

      1. Develop an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process

      1. Manage charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight reports

      1. Provide a high-level of customer service and maintain close contact with existing clients

      1. Understand customer needs and build professional long-lasting relationships

      1. Attend industry conferences to generate business leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends

      1. Regularly communicate and meet with clients

      1. Manage documentation and payments – prepare contracts and invoices

      1. Conduct telephone transactions and business correspondences with clients professionally

      1. Keep current with ongoing market trends specifically in the Middle Eastern region

      1. Must be flexible with working hours.

    Experience and Skills:


        1. Minimum1 year proven work experience in Sales and/ or “VIP” tourism

        1. Knowledge and awareness of current market conditions

        1. Fluent in English,  is a plus-written and verbal communication
